There's no EC plot being released in the west for past few years but good news is that there is a upcoming EC launch at yuan ching (Lake Life).

Will you be keen in this upcoming EC?

There is an upcoming one near Jurong Lake (Yuan Ching). If you are also open to other ECs in the north, there are still some ECs leftovers. There is one within walking distance to Sembawang MRT : SkyPark Residences. If you are keen please do not hesitate to contact me at 94778617  .

Hi, I don't think there will be any leftover EC units in the West. My company, Propnex, is the exclusive agency to market a new EC at Yuan Ching and showflat will likely to be up in Oct. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
