Dear all Guru, I got one friend, a foreigner who married to a Singaporean lady. He is applying for PR at the moment. If they are buying a HDB resale NOW, can they use fiancee scheme to apply for CPF grant and additional grant after the guy obtained PR later?

Evening,

HDB housing grant are only applicable for Singapore citizen applicants. So friend can apply for non-citizen spouse scheme and obtain the grant eligible for single, if her income does not exceed the stipulated income ceiling.
