Good day to you!
Brief introduction: Owner of a 1 year old HDB 4 room flat in the East and will like to purchase a 2nd property in 5 years times.
a few questions here: Do i need to sell my HDB to purchase a 2nd private property under current ruling. If no, how much will be the total cash+Cpf amount i need to cough out for a 1million condo.
My HDB loan is 30 years and me and my wife are paying less than 1k from our OA per month, Projecting our annual income will be around 200k per annum in the next 5 years, is it sufficient?
Lastly, We will like to attend conference or talk or even website to broaden our knowledge on property investment.
Please recommend.
