Dear Agents, need your advice - I've applied twice "Sales of Balance Flats" (3 rooms) in May & November Exercise 2021 respectively and it was an "unsuccessful application" as the balloted queue position has exceeded the flat supply.

I'm a full time working single mother (age 46) with 1 son (age 16) under custody with me. I must say, I'm homeless and cant afford to rent a high price room rental :(

What alternative option do I have being a Singaporean and it seems difficult for me to apply a home of my own :(

I seek your kind advice on this issue & highly appreciate your prompt reply.

Sorry to hear on your situation, since SBF is unsuccessful, why are you not considering the resale option?
