Dear agents,
My wife and I balloted in the SBF Nov 2014 round and had a few questions.
1. If we buy a HDB now, will we be able to purchase a condo within MOP? Will we be able to rent out the condo as well?
2. After MOP, will we be able to move into a condo and rent out the HDB?
3. We have a queue number in this round, but are looking at resale prices, and quite similar to the new flat prices now ~! Is there any advantage to buying resale? No MOP correct? Also, can we buy and move into a condo and rent out the resale flat?
We are both SC, and it is probably our last shot to get a new HDB flat as we might hit the income cap next year.
