Dear agents,
My 4 room flat tenancy at serangoon central will end 15/11/14, around less than 2 months to go. I would like to know the following :
(1) wardrobe door broken , kitchen cabinet door broken , basin water tap loosen , ceramic tile and parquet flooring got black stain that can't be clean off- all these is it considered "wear and tear " as informed by the tenant?
What action should I take against the tenant ?
(2) when should I start to appoint new agent to market for rental again since the previous agent has already left the industry , or should I wait till the tenant move out and touch up the unit then start marketing will be better ?
