Dear Agents,

I would like to enquire if I can purchase a flat. My wife as occupier since she got a HDB flat already which she can sell in 2018 only.

Please assist me in my case. I need a flat to live.

Unfortunately you are ineligible to purchase a HDB since your wife owns a HDB flat.

Your only other option is to purchase a private apartment in your own name. Alternative is to rent an apartment.
