Dear Agents, I am currently staying in a 5 bedroom HDB in bedok, and still left to pay around 100K, and also i already have a studio apartment condo i just bought in june 2011, will top in 2015.

I want to buy another condo now, cause i dont know if its possible to get loan from bank since i already got 2 properties. anyway, i earn around 150K yearly. how do i do about it? and also i am looking at punggol area, (parc centros or river isle) which will be more advisable?

Dear Nick,

There are a few points that I would like to highlight

1) Parc Centros fully sold, River Isles also about 85% to 90% sold. Thus, you may not have good choice units available.
2) Since this will be there 3rd properties, you will need to consider Additional Buyer Stamp Duty.
3) Do take note of the recent cooling measure regarding age and loan tenure.

Regards to whether you are able to get a loan, I thought that a banker will be in a better position to answer you.
