we are PRs, and now we want to buy a 4rm HDB at Sembawang, I wonder is there any 4rm HDB available now for PR buy at sambawang?

There are definitely units that are eligible for PR though it might be limited. But what's important is to get a unit that's suitable for you. It might take abit of time but I'm sure you can fulfill your wish.

Hi, quite a lot of units in sembawang are restricted to singaporean as quota is full. However there is still chances of finding it.
