Dear agent, need help. should i buy a resale hdb or condo?
since the condo price is too high that i want to wait for a while. currently i pay high rental and i dun wanna rent any more, so should i buy a resale hdb now or a condo? I understand the HDB MOP is 5 years. can i buy a resale HDB first, staying for 2-3 years, then go to buy a condo which would be TOP in 3 years later? so once the condo is ready I have stayed in HDB for more than 5 years already. Or I have to stay for 5 years before i apply condo?
my requirement for the hdb is
=near green line or circle line (walking distance, as i dun hav a car)
=quite, high floor
=5-10 years
