Dealing with purchasing with video, and seller agent promise that we can view the unit after OTP been paid.

After OTP been paid, the very next day, seller agent told can't arrange the viewing due to tenant need their privacy.

How to get our OTP payment back?

Seller agent over solution the exercise OTP can be extended and try to arrange the viewing, and after being pressed, seller agent told can view this Sunday.
But I have feeling, he will try to find some.reason to not make this happen.

If not happen this week. I will proceed to further level to report seller agent, owner, and tenant.

Viewing is basic before we purchase, we are very understanding, offered based on viewing, just before exercise the OTP we would like to see which the seller agent has promised us.

Hope he saw this as well.
