Data fr CB Richard gave wrong info. As stated, GCB market slowed considerably in 2008.It depend on how u interpret it? Yes, 48 GCB worth S$763.7m done in 2008. 90 deals S$1.2B in 2007. But if u work out in price, in fact, it appreciate. In 07, GCB on average S$13.3M but in 08, only 48GCB done, but on average costs S$15.9M, so it depend on how u interpret. No. of deals go down but prices appreciate
