Hi, do you have any specific school that you are looking to let your kids study in? Usually this is a push factor for some parents when they look to purchase a property. There is a pasir ris park in Pasir Ris, while simei is nearly to east coast, if you like to spend time bonding outside. Both places have their value to add to your life, but ultimately, your plans moving forward will affect your purchase alot.

Hi

Better is a bit subjective. Do you have any schools in mind for the children? Pasir Ris, size wise is a bigger town estate and has more amenities. It is also further developing with cross island line mrt, and with a new mall coming up whilst being near the beach. So for future resale wise, pasir ris seems to have more potential.

Every town or estate has their own unique plus points and these can be drastically different between different families. If you are looking at Simei and Pasir Ris, why not Tampines or Bedok? Why these 2 estates being shortlisted in the first place? Also the property type, lease balance, conditions of unit as well as other amenities can also play a difference influence to the pros and cons of your considerations. Read More
