Currently own a 5rm hdb. Intend to get a bigger unit with space for 5 bedrooms n 3 toilets. As I wish to purchase the unit n move into it before completion of sale of my current unit, how should I go about it especially the loan part. I'm with private bank loan.

Morning,

To fulfill the requirement of 5 bedroom and 3 toilets, are you looking at Jumbo or Multi Generation unit. To purchase first and sell later can be done, provided your financial status is sound and the timing are tied tight.
