Currently, my wife is pending her PR status and just gave birth to my kid.

If i apply a sales of balance with my newborn baby, will it considered forfeit his one chance of BTO in the future?

Hi,

1) When you include your newborn baby in the HDB application. He is just an essential occupier and not an owner.
2) This will not derive his priority when he applies for his HDB in the future.

Hi,

1) When you include your newborn baby in the HDB application. He is just an essential occupier and not an owner.
2) This will not derive his priority when he applies for his HDB in the future.
3) However, since he is just an infant. You are to expect it to be more troublesome in your application.
4) Since he is not able to apply for a Singpass, and is incapable of accessing the MYHDB in the following application process.
5) It is recommended to check with the HDB on the procedures that need his attendance.
