Currently my salary is $3700 (have CPF contribution). I'm 43 year old (about 80K in my CPF). If i would buy a housing from the open market, How much can i loan?

Hi Mr Ng,

Assuming you have no other loans which will affect the loan amount, you may be able to get a bank loan of $408K for private housing or $204K for public housing.
