Hi there,

- For Singaporeans or PRs, you must be 35 years old (or 21 under certain family schemes) to purchase a resale HDB flat as a couple. Since you're 21, this might be a challenge unless specific eligibility conditions are met.

- Since your wife is a foreigner without an LTVP, she wouldn't currently qualify under typical schemes. The Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) is usually necessary to include her in the purchase.

- It’s best to explore renting options for now or consult HDB directly to see if any special arrangements might apply in your situation.
