Good morning buyer,

As one of you had enjoyed CPF housing grant before thus you wont be considered as first timer.

Do take note that you have to pay a resale levy when you apply for BTO (subsidised unit) as you had taken a CPF housing grant before.

Afternoon,

As you have purchased your current unit with Grant, you will be considered as second timer even though if you were to purchase a BTO with your SC spouse. Levy payable by cash is dependent on your current unit sizing.
