Currently i owned a private condo. Can i buy a resale EC assuming it has completed the 5 year MOP without selling my condo?

Evening Kevin,

Yes, resale EC is also considered as private property. If you are PR, you are only eligible for resale EC that's 10 years or older. You will also be liable for ABSD.
