Currently I living in a 5 room HDB flat in Sengkang and have no outstanding loan. I am thinking of selling my existing unit and buy the second new unit either DBSS or EC, could you able to advise or give your opinion?

Afternoon Jim,

DBSS has the concept of HDB equipped with better finishing. Build by private developers and sold at a premium higher than normal HDB.

While EC has the concept of private condo but selling at a discount compared to new private condo launches. It comes with full condo facilities, and after 10 years, it will be considered a private condo.

If you are looking forward to a change of lifestyle (from HDB to condo) and you have the financial ability to afford, I will recommend EC.
