Hi,

Based on your given info, if you are SC and have no other debt obligations, you should be able to loan up till 277K for HDB loan. However, final loan disbursement amount is HDB decision. This on top of your CPF and grants, you should look for a property around 400K or thereabouts. Thanks and may I understand your requirements further to assist with your purchase further?

Warm regards

Evening

Based on your income status, you should be able to purchase something around $350k to $380k. However, the actual figure will be subjected to bank's review.

Do contact me further for non-obligatory discussion.

Hi Mr Ng.
You can buy a hdb at the price range of 380-400K. Subject to your cash portion. For pte properties, you will need to do an AIP with a banker.
