Could u pls analyse Mar BTO - Clementi & Bt Batok for future investmt value? Bt Btk is near future CBD Jur East.

How about compare with Punggol given future devlpmt has better returned once the area is fully devlped?

Afternoon Jess,

Punggol is considered as new estate and it's being projected with waterfront lifestyle concept. There are alot of improvements to be done and definitely a place for the yuppies and newly married as it still have alot of land for further developements.
BTO in Clementi and Bt Batok are located in matured estate and Jurong East have being projected as business hub in the west. There are limited new BTO units when it fulfill it's MOP, thus will be in hotter demand. Remember what happened to BTO in Clementi (45X to 460)and Bt Batok (620 to 622) after they have fulfilled their MOP? Furthermore, Jurong East will be the only estate with 4 shopping malls, excluding the new integrated bus interchange. This would be somewhat similar to Tampines.

All this talk are of zero value as it only my personal view and would also depend on your lifestyle preference.
