Hi Ms. Elyn,
1) This is an HDB flat that you are referring to.
2) There was a period where SBF was not taken up by individuals, thus JTC and some government-related cooperate took over from the HDB and rent it out to their employees.
3) I suspect this flat was under this scheme, thus labeled as cooperate owned.
4) You just treat this as a normal transaction if you like the location and the condition.
