In my opinion, cluster house is gaining popularity and we can see that more cluster housing development is being launched.

Below are a few points that why cluster house is better

1)Landed homes with large common areas and recreational facilities, it marries the status and appeal of landed properties with convenience and perks of condominium living with communal facilities at doorstep

2)Cluster developments are more standardised in appearance, have communal facilities and security features

3)Cluster house come with attached basement car park, which can usually accommodate 2 cars per unit

4)No unsightly roadside parking that mars the landscape of the neighbourhood

5)Freeing up space on ground level enabling the incorporation of a vast landscaping

6)Advantageous to families with young children as there is no vehicular traffic and children can roam the compound freely

7)For investor, well located cluster houses could potentially yield higher rental returns than conventional landed houses
