Clover by hte Park - when is TOP?

Dear Wendy, TOP should be this year, depending on the Blk/Tower. It is best for you to call the Developer for this project and enquire on your unit.

I'm the Resident Agent at Clover By The Park. The last 5% car park payment has already collected end April. Usually the TOP payment will come next about 1 mth later.
Estimated TOP at the earliest will be June/July.
If you have a unit there and has the intention to sell upon TOP, I will do my best in getting you the best offer. If it is for your own stay, I look forward to seeing you at Clover By The Park. Just shout for me if you see me at the pool.
