can you please guide which condo is best to buy 4 bedroom from Ecopolitan or The terrace in Punggol?
I have 2 option but The terrace is asking way high value for size, confused will I am getting good value if i am selling after 5 years?

Dear Kailas,
Before comparing both these developments, one must also look at the exact locations where they are situated and how convenient both are for your family. That would determine your final decision. If it is not conveninet, even if it is cheaper, why bother?

So, if you are going to sell in 5 years time, the same principles of assessment will be used by the future buyers. At that point in time, you should be able to sell to foreigners as both ECs will be more than 10 years old.

Hi Kailas,

Both ECs have their good attributes, it depends on the entry prices of the two units as well. The Terrace EC is slightly newer in terms of building age but further from MRT.
