Hi Seng Kian,
If you are buying the property in your sole name and this is your first property, there wont be any ABSD. However if you are a student without an income, you will not be eligible for any loan. If your parent comes in as one of the owners and use the income to support the loan then ABSD may be applicable depending on the property count of your parent.
