Can SPR buy resale HDB flat if the wife is holding long term social visit pass?

Good morning buyer,
I am afraid to inform you that both of you are not eligible for resale HDB purchase.
You have to be a SC to be eligible under non citizen spouse scheme if not your wife has to be a SPR and both of you are SPR for at least 3 years before you are eligible.
