You are eligible to purchase a resale 3RM HDB flat if you are Singaporean or at least 35 years old under Single Singapore Citizen Scheme.

Hi,
1) A Single Singapore citizen at age 35 or above unmarried or divorced is eligible for the following:
(a) BTO/SBF 2-rm 99yrs leasehold flat in non-mature estate.
(b) Resale: any type except Jumbo flat unless got children or applying with a parent or parents.
2) A Single Singapore Citizen at age 21 or above but below 35 yrs old, widowed, or an orphan is eligible for resale flat only.
3) For the Orphans scheme, you must have an SC/SPR sibling as co-applicant or occupier in the application who is unmarried, divorced, or widowed.
3) For unmarried parent and would like to buy a resale flat can write to the HDB:
