Yes, you can purchase a resale flat together provided you guys are both 35 under the joint singles scheme, or other schemes (depending on the situation you are in ) and you guys will also be able to enjoy some grants as well .

You will need to buy with spouse or parents, if below 35 years old. If one of you is single and 35 years old and above, can purchase under single singaporean citizen scheme.
