Good afternoon,

you don't have to observe any waiting period after disposing off your interest in private property if you are purchasing a resale HDB with a bank loan not HDB loan and/ or CPF housing grant.

Do take note by transferring your private property ownership to your children, they must be at least 21 years old and you will be subject to stamp duty and conveyancing fee for the transfer.
