Can I purchase BTO if I am disowned and above 21 years old?

Hi,
In order to apply for a BTO, you will have to meet all the eligibility conditions under one of the many Eligibility Schemes.
For example, if you're married, and either you or your spouse is a Singaporean Citizen and neither is a foreigner, you will be eligible to apply under the Public Scheme.
