Can I pay full using CPF for a private condo without applying bank loan?

Hi,
There is at least a minimum 5% cash component for private residential projects. The rest can be funded by cpf, provided you fulfil the relevant CPF policy requirements for property. Which project are you considering? Thanks and hope to assist further.
