Hi,
1) It depends on which scheme you had used in your application when you bought the flat.
2) If you had bought under the Single Citizen Scheme, you may do so as she shall be considered as a normal occupier only.
3) If you had bought under the Public scheme, then, she shall be considered to be the essential occupier.
4) If your application is under (3), she will have to observe the same MOP as you. Since she is enjoying the benefit of the flat same as the owner.
5) You are not allowed to buy another property under her name even using a trust instrument when she is an essential occupier who has not completed her MOP.
