Can I buy my own HDB while I Singapore PR single?

Good morning Sir/ Mdm,
I am afraid to inform you that single SPR are not eligible to purchase a resale flat under any of the HDB eligibility schemes.
You have to form a family nucleus with your married SPR or SC spouse if any.
Alternatively will have to dip into the private segment.
