Hi,
1) There is no limit on the number of buying HDB flats.
2) The limitations listed by HDB are:
(a) 2x Subsidized flat (BTO/SBF, resale flat with grant)
(b) 2x HDB housing loan
3) You may buy any resale flat in the open market without a grant since you already received a 2x HDB subsidiary.
