Good morning Wilson,

Sorry to inform you that your wife needs to be included in the application as both of you are married and required to be included into the family nucleus as well.

If you wish to proceed, she has to dispose off her private property be it in singapore or overseas and observe 15 months waiting period first before eligible to purchase a resale HDB. Unless both of you are 55 years old and above, waiting period wont be applicable and you can purchase up to 4rm flat.

Hi, as long as you are married, whenever you apply for a HDB, it will fall under the family nucleus scheme, which requires you to put the name of your wife. This will require her to sell her foreign property and have a waitout period before being able to purchase a HDB. Alternatively, you can purchase private property which will not have any limitations.
