Yes, you may purchase a new EC under the joint singles scheme after you have satisfied your MOP in your resale flat.
But also take note of the following when applying under the joint singles scheme:
1) All applicants must be Singapore citizens.
2) All of you must be at least 35 years old.
3) All of you must be registered as the owner.
4) No grants are applicable to apply under this scheme.
