Can i buy a new BTO now as a single?? i have purchased a HDB(resale) before with my ex wife and surrender it back to HDB.
Do i have to pay any levy if buying another resale house??

Morning,

You are definitely eligible to purchase resale HDB unit, regardless of your income status, if you are not taking HDB loan not grant. If your first resale unit had being purchased without grant, you are definitely eligible for BTO.
