Can I buy a hdb resale without selling my condo?

Hi,
Unfortunately you can't, you have to sell away your condo within 6 months after key collection to resale HDB. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.

Good morning buyer,
You can only purchase a resale HDB based on your situation. If you will like to purchase an unit directly from HDB (BTO, DBSS or EC), you will have to first sell off your condo and observe a waiting period of 30 months before you are eligible to apply.
