Yes you are eligible to purchase a resale EC solely as a SPR but with your finances on hand, it is not sufficient to purchase an unit there at the moment.

If based on the last transaction $845k for a 3 bedders, you will require $237k in cash and CPF OA funds.

Dear sir,

In terms of eligibility, you are fine, but do take note that with $110k as downpayment (assuming you have miscellaneous cash on hand for stamp duty and legal fees for the purchase), the purchasing price of the EC should not exceed $550k.
