It depends on the cash and CPF on hand you have as well as if you will be able to secure the loan amount (maximum 75% loan) which is assessed based on your monthly income, age as well as your financial commitment. We are unable to advise currently without knowing the full details I have mentioned earlier.

Assuming you are 35 years of age, where you are eligible for full 30 years loan tenure, basing on $4500 monthly income, you will be eligible to purchase up to approximately $675k property where you maximum loan amount is approximately $506k. This is also assuming that you have the necessary cash and CPF monies for the 25% downpayment, of which 5% has to be in cash. Stamp duty considerations are also in place assuming that you are a Singapore Citizen purchasing your 1st residential property.
