Yes, a foreigner can buy a private property in Singapore. As a general guide, a foreigner can buy a condominium or an apartment without any restrictions.

However, you are not allowed to buy an HDB flat.

You are also allowed to buy both landed parcels and completed bungalows at Sentosa Cove. You will need to seek approval from the Land Dealings (Approval) Unit which will grant you an express approval within 2 days.

You may also be able to buy cluster housing projects subject to special approval from the Land Dealings (Approval) Unit.

Yes, you are allowed to buy private property in Singapore but not public housing (HDB). Do note that there is Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD) payable.

2) Foreigners can even qualify for a mortgage if meet certain requirements.
