Can anyone assist? Parents are selling their 3rm unit and completion will be around Sept 2011. Now their CPF at about $40k to buy a flat for themselves, what can you suggest if parents CPF andone of their daughter combine and get a smaller HDB flat, combime CPF will be at S$70K.
