Can anyone advise why Dicvoce have to get a consent from e ex spouse whereby I'm intend to buy a EC with my current boyfriend? Or have to wait after 3 year. This is ridicules. Is there other alternatives? I'm not able to get a consent from my exs spouse

Morning,

As long as you are not getting a subsidized unit from HDB, such consent is not required.

Also, which EC are you looking at?
