Can a SPR to buy resale HDB?

Good morning j,
Yes you can if you are able to form a family nucleus with a SPR or SC spouse. If you are a SPR household, both of you need to be SPR for 3 years before you are eligible to do so.
If you are a single SPR, you are not eligible to buy a resale HDB.

2) You will have to form a family nucleus such as married couples or parents and children (SC and/or SPR) in order to be eligible for it.
3) If both applicants are SPR, both have to meet the 3 years waiting period before being eligible to apply.
