Can a single still buy resale dbss if he/she inherits a hdb flat from the parents? There are no other siblings as well. The single has no other property.

Morning, When you inherit a HDB unit, you are considered as the owner. Hence to buy another HDB unit, as DBSS is also HDB unit, you will be required to sell away the current unit within 6 months from key collection. FYI Mike Lim 96929209 m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
