Hi, Yes you can purchase HDB in singapore under the Non-resident Spouse Scheme. This allows you to buy from HDB 2-room flexi from non mature estates, and all flat types (excluding 3Gen flats and Prime Location Public Housing resale flats) for resale market.

Hi,

Yes if you are married, can purchase resale HDB under non citizen spouse scheme. You will have to apply the HFE letter first. Do note the loan attainable will only be assessed based on SC owner's income.

They have to be married in order to be eligible to purchase a HDB flat in Singapore under Foreign Spouse Scheme. For the Singaporean, if he or she is age 35 or above, then he or she will be eligible to purchase HDB under Single Scheme. Hope this helps!
