Hi

Foreigner can buy non-landed property ie condominium and apartment. Similar to Philippine, there is a stamp duty to be paid except that the structure of stamp duty differs. There will be a normal stamp duty of 3-4% which is dependence on the price quantum. The addition stamp duty which is 20% for foreigner.

You are eligible to purchase a residential house except landed in mainland Singapore.

If you want, you can obtain max loan up to 75% if eligible.

Downpayment will therefore be 25% cash.
Other costs will be:
- 3 to 4% buyer's stamp duty
- 20% additional buyer's stamp duty as foreigner
- legal fees
- valuation etc
