What is the relationship between these 2 PR? For husband and wife who are SPRs for at least 3 years, they are eligible to purchase resale HDB.

Hi,

If its husband and wife married SPR with SPR status of at least 3 years each, yes can purchase resale HDB. Or if family nucleus of SPR adult child + parents, with at least 3 years SPR status each, it may also be possible. Do note 5% ABSD applies as well for SPR first purchase.

a) Both are 21 years old and older.
b) Both have been holding PR status for at least 3 years.
c) A married couple or parent + child.

2) Do note that 5% ABSD is applicable to this purchase.
3) There are no grants for PR families.
